BODYVIVE®

A low impact workout - you choose how hard you work! Integrating classic music with cardio exercise and functional strength training. A great place to start or cross train.

BODYCOMBAT®

Kick start your cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. this energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYPUMP®

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. The fastest way to tone and condition your muscles. BODYPUMP 45 - for those living in the fast lane!

BODYSTEP®

Classic motivational class to get you moving on, around and over your step to give you an energizing workout to shape and tone your best assets.

COMBO - The ultimate cardio & weights workout combined.

BODYJAM®

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.

Flexibility and strength combined using the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. A revolutionary mind and body experience

BODY CIRCUIT™

BODYATTACK®

ATTACK – it’s back! 45 minutes of sports inspired cardio, ideal for building strength and stamina. Combines high energy interval training with aerobic movements.

RPM®

The ultimate ride!
A safe, motivational, aerobic experience designed to get you in the zone.

BOX FIT

Non-contact boxing circuit using bags, focus mitts and punching combinations in small group environment. Bring a drink bottle, towel and your inner tiger!  Wraps must be worn (on sale at Reception) & bookings essential.

SH’BAM™

 

A hip, fun sociable way to exercise featuring the latest chart music and seriously hot dance moves. The ultimate way to shape up even if you are dance challenged.

 

CXWORX™

 

 

Functional abdominal hip & back training. Not recommended prior to other training, if you are pregnant or with back issues requiring rehab.
30 minute classes.

 

ZUMBA®

 

Not a workout! Not a dance class! It’s a Party! The Zumba fitness-party is a 45 minute one of a kind Latin inspired, dance fitness workout to sexy, high-energy Latin & International music.

 

Bums n Tums


A 45 minute low impact class designed to shape and tone your best assets. A fusion of the best toning tracks from our Les Mills Classes. This is the class where mums can bring their bubs.

Yoga

Beginners– classic Yoga class focusing on alignment, strength and relaxation.

General– open to all levels. Synchronise movement & breath, develop strength, endurance and suppleness.

Senior– a specifically designed class for those over 60 years to develop stability, strength and balance.

Bring a large towel or blanket to each class.

Sculpt 45


A 45 minute mix of legs, butt and abdominal sculpting using your own body weight and elastic dynabands. Serious focus, serious results – you’ll love it!

Pilates

Mixed Level

 
Pilates is a series of floor exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration.
Bring a large towel or blanket.

 

 SUPER CIRCUIT


In the Circuit Room. The class for time strapped people who enjoy working out to music with others. 40 minutes of action! Limited numbers for each class, please register at Reception.

 

 SPORTS CONDITIONING

In the stadium. Challenging workout using basic drills to improve sport and general fitness.

Never 2 Old


In the Fitness Gym. An exciting programme for mature adults. This is a very successful gym based programme developed by AUT. Focus is on resistance, light cardio work, flexibility and balance.

Cardiac Club

Support and enjoyment for anyone who has had a heart event, surgery or specifically at risk.

Tai Chi
16 Week course*


ACC Fall Prevention class. The authentic timeless art of Tai Chi. Improve health, increase vitality, relax body and mind and cultivate a dynamic energy. ACC funded, *see Reception for dates.

Gentle Circuit

 

Gentle exercise in our Circuit Room using equipment to strengthen and aid fitness. Supportive environment and understanding instructor to help set your goals.
