  What is Circuit Express?

A one stop total body exercise session,  combining aerobic and strength training into a time efficient work out.      

Circuit training is a great way to achieve a superior level of overall conditioning.

Customers please note:

The Circuit Express Room will be closed on Thursday 3rd May and Friday 4th May for re-decorating 

 

 How to use it

  • Warm up for 5 minutes on one of the treadmills or cross trainers in the Cardio Theatre
  • Follow the arrow and move clockwise on to each piece of  equipment when buzzer sounds
  • Twice around the circuit takes only 40 mins
  • Bring a towel and drink bottle and don’t forget to stretch on completion
