Pool Rules
All children 10 years of age and under using the pools are to be ACTIVELY SUPERVISED by a caregiver 16 years or older (policies are set in accordance with the Pool Alone Guidelines issued by the NZ Recreation Association and endorsed by Water Safety NZ).

ACTIVELY SUPERVISED means watching your child at all times to be able to provide immediate assistance.

BEFORE YOU SWIM IN THE POOL:
Babies and Toddlers

If you or your child has had diarrhoea in the past
2 weeks please do not swim in the pool.

Ensure your children go to the toilet before they swim.

Children who are not toilet trained and in nappies must wear a leak-proof swim nappy and fitted togs.

Always wash hands after going to the toilet, changing a nappy or handling pets.

BEFORE YOU SWIM IN THE POOL:
We recommend that all swimmers

Shower with soap and warm water and thoroughly rinse off before entering the pool.
