BODYJAM™ Fun and funky - a dance class with an addictive blend of moves and mixed to the latest music.

POLE FITNESS

 

A 45 minute total body workout suitable for all levels. An excellent discipline for body and mind, it burns calories and tones muscles. Wear whatever is comfortable but we suggest shorts and a tight fitting T-shirt. Bookings at reception - classes limited to 10 participants.

 

ZUMBA

 

Not a workout! Not a dance class! it's a party! The Zumba fitness-party is a 45 minute one of a kind. Latin inspired, dance fitness workout to sexy, high energy Latin and international music. Ditch the workout - join the party!

Class Description
BOXING CIRCUIT A 45 minute specialized boxing class designed to increase cardio vascular fitness levels and teach correct boxing techniques. Wearing of wraps or gloves is compulsory, wraps available for sale at reception.                                                      
TEEN BOXING A ten week (term time only) fitness/self defence class. Specialized technique class with one on one tuition from Personal Trainer and experienced boxer, James. Wearing of wraps is compulsory, available for sale at reception.                                                       
SUPER CIRCUIT The class for time strapped people who enjoy working out to music with others. 40 minutes of action!                                                         
GENTLE FITNESS Use it or lose it - gentle fitness exercise in a friendly supportive environment.
GENTLE CIRCUIT Gentle exercise in our circuit room using equipment to strengthen and aid fitness. Supportive environment and understanding instructor to help you set goals.
CARDIAC CLUB (GROUP EXERCISE) Support and enjoyment for anyone who has a heart event, surgery or specifically at risk
YOGA BEGINNERS Introduction to alignment, relaxation and strength
YOGA GENERAL Open to all levels - synchronise movement and breath. Develop strength, endurance and suppleness
PILATES MIXED LEVEL Pilates is a series of floor exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration. There is a strong focus on training sleek abdominals, developing pelvic floor strength, creating a strong supple back and aligning shoulders and chest for good posture.
